Monthly Meetings Each month, from September to June, INC scouts out interesting and often highly original activities for our members. We take you to unique places that perhaps you didn’t know existed (even if you’re a very long-term Madrid resident as some of our members are!) or wouldn’t have access to on your own. Either way we make it our mission to introduce you to the rich cultural diversity that Madrid and Spain has to offer. Previous examples have included a private tour of the Sorolla Museum with the painter’s grand-daughter, a morning with whacky fashionista Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, and a full on dancing experience with all of the participants. Coffee MorningsOne of the unique features of our club is that whilst we come together as a larger group at our Monthly Meetings, on a monthly basis we also hold Area Coffee Mornings for smaller groups in the area of Madrid local to you. Our members really cherish this opportunity to get to know the members close to where they live and thus seeing lots of familiar faces at the larger Monthly Meetings. It is also really helpful to meet your fellow area members face to face, to exchange useful tips and information that is local to you. As an INC member, you are welcome to attend any coffee morning in any of the areas, in addition to your own. Please remember that it is very important that you RSVP to the host or area contact, whoever is listed on the announcement of the Coffee Morning. Your hostess provides coffee, tea and juice and you are requested to bring a sweet or a savory dish to share with 10 people. We welcome guests and any prospective members to any of our Area Coffee Mornings. For further information and RSVP please contact your Area Contact. |

INC ActivitiesIn addition to our Monthly Meetings and Area Coffee Mornings we regularly organize a wide variety of events including social gatherings, gastronomic experiences, cultural events, health and wellness activities, book clubs and excursions around Madrid and Spain. These events require a RSVPs as they may have a limited capacity to make sure that we can offer a high quality experience to all the participants. We operate on a first come, first serve basis. Recent activities have included visits to Casa Decor, museum exhibitions, a flower bouquets workshop, mountain walks, yoga sessions, guided city walks, craft workshops, the Manolo Blahnik exhibition and evening wine and tapas with spouses at the local wine bars or at home.
